A sales tracker built for house cleaners
Updated October 28, 2026
QuickBizTrack is a sales log for house cleaners and small cleaning businesses. After each job you tap the client, tap the service (Standard clean, Deep clean, Move-out clean, Window cleaning, Recurring visit), pick the payment type and log it. It shows what each client pays and estimates what to set aside for taxes.
Service buttons ready for house cleaners
A new account starts with these buttons on the Log screen, and you can add, remove and price them in Settings:
- Standard clean
- Deep clean
- Move-out clean
- Window cleaning
- Recurring visit
Recurring clients and one-time jobs in one place
Most cleaners have a mix: weekly or every-other-week homes, plus one-time deep cleans and move-outs. Save recurring clients by name and their usual job and price fill in when you tap them. One-time jobs go on the One-time job button, no client needed.
Logged from the driveway
It runs in the browser on your phone and can be added to your home screen. If you are in a basement or a spotty area, logging still works and the sale is sent when the signal comes back.
Payments by cash, card or an app
Cleaners get paid every way: cash on the counter, a card, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Choose Cash, Card or Digital for each job, and the Numbers screen shows how your income splits across them, which makes matching your bank and apps easier.
Taxes for self-employed cleaners
A cleaner who works for themselves generally owes self-employment tax plus income tax and makes estimated payments each quarter. The Taxes tab estimates what to set aside from your logged jobs, and lets you enter yearly expenses such as supplies, gas and equipment so the estimate is based on profit. It is an estimate, not tax advice.
What it does not do
QuickBizTrack does not book appointments, run payroll, track inventory, send invoices or file taxes. It records what you earn, quickly, and shows you how the business is doing.
What it costs
$9.99 a month after a 14-day free trial (a card is added to start the trial, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 15). The tax estimate for house cleaners is on the Taxes tab; for a quick number, try the self-employed tax calculator and see the estimated tax due dates.
Common questions
How do I keep track of income for a cleaning business?
Record each job and its payment right after you finish, with the client and the amount. QuickBizTrack does this in a few taps and keeps a history for each client, so you can see what every home pays you over time.
Can it track recurring weekly clients?
It remembers each client's visits and fills in their last service and price when you tap their name. It does not schedule visits or send invoices; it records the money you earn.
Does it work without a signal?
Yes, once the app is open. Sales you log offline are kept and sent automatically when the connection returns.
How much should a self-employed cleaner set aside for taxes?
A common starting point is 25% to 30% of profit. At $50,000 of profit a single filer owes roughly 21% in 2026 federal taxes before state tax. The free calculator on this site works it out from your own numbers.
Can I bring my old sales over?
Yes. Save your spreadsheet, or an export from Square or Cash App, as a CSV and import it. QuickBizTrack finds the date, amount, client and phone columns, shows a preview, and the import can be undone.
