A sales tracker built for nail techs, lash artists and estheticians
Updated October 28, 2026
QuickBizTrack is a sales log for nail techs, lash artists and estheticians. Tap the client, tap the service (Manicure, Pedicure, Lash fill, Facial, Brow shaping), and log it. Every client keeps a history, and the app estimates how much to set aside for taxes.
Service buttons ready for nail and lash techs
A new account starts with these buttons on the Log screen, and you can add, remove and price them in Settings:
- Manicure
- Pedicure
- Lash fill
- Facial
- Brow shaping
Built around repeat appointments
A lash fill every two or three weeks, a manicure every other week: your income comes from people who return. QuickBizTrack keeps a page per client with their total, visits and every sale, lists regulars who are due back, and fills in their last service and price when you tap their name, so a regular appointment takes two taps to log.
Fixed prices, one tap
Most nail and lash services have a menu price. Set the price on each service button in Settings, and tapping Lash fill puts $65 (or whatever yours is) on the pad. You then choose cash, card or digital payment and press Log.
Keep the record when you give money back
A fill that did not hold or a service you comped can be logged as a refund against that client. It comes off your totals on the day you refunded, and the original sale stays in your history.
Taxes when you are your own business
Independent nail techs, lash artists and estheticians, whether they rent a suite or work from home, are generally self-employed. That means self-employment tax plus income tax, paid in quarterly estimates. The Taxes tab estimates what to set aside each quarter from your logged sales and lets you enter yearly expenses like supplies and rent. It is an estimate, not tax advice.
What it does not do
QuickBizTrack does not book appointments, run payroll, track inventory, send invoices or file taxes. It records what you earn, quickly, and shows you how the business is doing.
What it costs
$9.99 a month after a 14-day free trial (a card is added to start the trial, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 15). The tax estimate for nail and lash techs is on the Taxes tab; for a quick number, try the self-employed tax calculator and see the estimated tax due dates.
Common questions
How do nail techs keep track of income?
The simplest way is to log every service when the client pays, including cash and tips you keep. QuickBizTrack takes a couple of taps per client, and keeps a history for each one.
Can I set prices for each service?
Yes. In Settings, Set Service Prices lets you put a price on each service button, so tapping the button fills in the amount.
Does it take bookings or send reminders?
QuickBizTrack does not book appointments, run payroll, track inventory, send invoices or file taxes. It records what you earn, quickly, and shows you how the business is doing.
How much should I set aside for taxes as a lash artist or nail tech?
A common starting point for self-employed people is 25% to 30% of profit. The free calculator on this site estimates 2026 federal self-employment and income tax from your sales and expenses; state tax is separate.
