A sales tracker built for lawn care and landscaping
Updated October 28, 2026
QuickBizTrack is a sales log for lawn care and landscaping businesses. Log each job in a few taps (Mow and edge, Leaf cleanup, Hedge trimming, Mulching, Weekly service), see how the season is going, and get an estimate of what to set aside for taxes.
Service buttons ready for lawn care and landscaping businesses
A new account starts with these buttons on the Log screen, and you can add, remove and price them in Settings:
- Mow and edge
- Leaf cleanup
- Hedge trimming
- Mulching
- Weekly service
Weekly accounts and one-off jobs
Save your weekly customers by name and their usual service and price fill in when you tap them. One-off jobs like mulching or a leaf cleanup go on the One-time job button. Set a price on the services you charge a flat rate for and tapping them fills in the amount.
Seasonal income needs a plan
Lawn income swings with the weather: strong from spring through fall, thin in winter. The Numbers screen shows your month so far, your pace against your own usual week, and a projection based on your actual busy and slow days. It makes it easier to see how much of a good month to keep back.
Logging from the truck
It works in your phone browser and can sit on your home screen. Logging works with no signal too, and the sale is sent when you are back in range.
Taxes when income is uneven
Self-employed lawn care owners generally pay self-employment tax plus income tax, in four estimated payments a year. Because income is uneven, putting a percentage aside from every job during the busy months is the safest way to cover the quarters. The Taxes tab does that arithmetic from your logged sales, and lets you enter yearly expenses such as fuel, equipment and insurance. It is an estimate, not tax advice.
What it does not do
QuickBizTrack does not book appointments, run payroll, track inventory, send invoices or file taxes. It records what you earn, quickly, and shows you how the business is doing.
What it costs
$9.99 a month after a 14-day free trial (a card is added to start the trial, and nothing is charged if you cancel before day 15). The tax estimate for lawn care and landscaping businesses is on the Taxes tab; for a quick number, try the self-employed tax calculator and see the estimated tax due dates.
Common questions
How do I keep track of income for a lawn care business?
Log each job when it is paid, with the customer and the amount. QuickBizTrack does that in a few taps from your phone, and shows your month, your busy days and a projection.
How should a seasonal business handle quarterly taxes?
The IRS expects estimated payments on set dates (April 15, June 15, September 15 and January 15 for tax year 2026). With seasonal income, many owners set aside a percentage of every job in busy months so the money is there when a payment is due. See the due dates page on this site.
Does it track expenses like fuel and equipment?
You can enter a yearly expenses total on the Taxes tab so the estimate is based on profit. QuickBizTrack does not track individual expense receipts or inventory.
Can I import my old records?
Yes. Save your spreadsheet, or a Square or Cash App export, as a CSV and import it. A preview shows what will be added, and the import can be undone.
